How Grail uses your data →

A few things to know.

Do I have to connect my bank?

No. Grail works from the names of the cards you carry. No bank login required.

Can I look before creating an account?

Yes. Pick your cards and Grail shows what they include right away. You add your phone number only when you want Grail to keep watching them.

How does Grail know what I've used?

Only what you tell it. Reply "Done" to a text, mark a credit used in Grail, or forward the receipt, and it stays out of your reminders until it resets. Your issuer statement is the final word on what has posted.

What does it cost?

Trial reminders are free: forward a free-trial email and Grail reminds you before it charges, with or without a membership. Watching your cards' credits, the texts and your AI assistant are free for 30 days, then $19.99 a month. One missed $100 credit covers five months.

Does Grail spend money or cancel things for me?

No. It reminds you and answers questions. You make the purchase or the cancellation.
